‘We all have our moments where we are feeling a bit down, a little bit low but even when we are not, I think talking to somebody to almost have this mental maintenance just to keep ticking over, to keep in that positive place, is so important.’ –George Russell
Today, a young athlete’s experience was recognized and protected by their sports leader. That couldn’t have happened without the support of our sponsors and donors! We thank our supporters for their generosity; their gifts totaling $22,000 in 2024 Q1 will give 5,000 youth and athletes a voice for their wellbeing and safety. They are truly making a difference for the people Lasso Safe helps!

The 2024 Paris Olympics are just a few months away. For four hundred and ninety-five young athletes who will be representing the United States at the 2024 Paris Olympics, the excitement is growing.
But for some, the journey to gold comes at a price. Ninety-nine of these young men and women have experienced physical abuse by a member of their sports organization and forty-one have experienced sexual abuse by these members*. Lasso Safe’s tool, Sports Wellness Platform (SWP), applies the science of mental, emotional, physical and social environments to benefit the health, wellness and performance of sport organizations and their people.
We launched a three-month campaign to empower our impact to athletes and their governing bodies leading up to the Games. We have an ambitious fundraising goal of $20,000 to support SWP’s work, and a generous donor who agreed to match our goal if we reach it by May 31.
Help us protect athletes, from Olympians to aspiring youth, with a tax-deductible donation today.
Thank you for your unwavering support of Lasso Safe. Together, we can make a lasting difference in sport culture everywhere.
