Lasso Safe is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager that is able to effectively manage relationships with customers and clients. They must focus on developing strong relationships with prospects and clients and take time to understand their needs and problems, and how the product/service can help. Their role is to create strategies and discover new opportunities that will allow the business to grow, and to maintain this growth over periods of time.

Sales and Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities 

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Lasso Safe, you will: 

  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. 
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing large accounts 
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence 
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives 
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status 
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients 
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines 
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support 
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 

Sales and Business Development Manager Job Requirements 

Our ideal Sales and Business Development Manager will have: 

  • Recent experience in relevant sport industry 
  • Extensive rapport in sport community 
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role 
  • Experience in customer support is a plus 
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Market knowledge 
  • Communication and negotiation skills 
  • Time management and planning skills 
  • A passion for our social impact and sustainability, and love seeing the difference we can make in the world
