We’re happy to hear you’re spreading the word about Lasso Safe. To identify certain features of your facility that contribute to specific Lasso Safe credits, please consult with your assigned Safety Administrator. You may also be eligible to use our Lasso Safe wordmark or Lasso Safe program logos. Please contact us and provide your official facility name, facility ID number and facility address. If you do not have these details, you can also send us a copy of your certification award letter.

The correct usage would be “John Smith, Lasso Safe safety team member”. Trademark or copyright symbols are not required on business cards or other materials with similar space limitations.

Unfortunately, it is against Lasso Safe guidelines to allow our national logo to be used in this way. However, if you’re a member of Lasso Safe, you’re welcomed to use the Lasso Safe member logo, which is available to download in the user account section of www.lassosafe.com.

If you recently were involved in certifying a facility, please email us the name of the facility, its location and year certified, and we will send the appropriate artwork for your use.

If you are interested in using the Lasso Safe logo for commercial or promotional purposes, please email your request to info@lassosafe.com, providing specific visual examples of how the logo would be used.

If your organization is a member of Lasso Safe, you can find a downloadable Lasso Safe member logo in your account.

You will be prompted to pay by credit card or check when you register and/or submit a facility for review in Lasso Safe Online. We encourage safety teams to pay at the time they register or submit for review. However, in both cases, you may select the option of paying by ‘Check’, and an invoice will be sent to you by email. Once an invoice has been generated using the pay by ‘Check’ option, you can actually pay using either check or credit card. Check payments normally clear within 3 business days of when we receive the check, provided the invoice number is included with payment. A receipt will be sent via email once payment has cleared.

Please note that teams may now make prepayment for certification reviews once their facility has been registered.

Review work can only begin once payment has cleared.

Please enter the following information in an email to info@lassosafe.com:

• Invoice number(s)
• Lasso Safe facility ID number(s) (if applicable)
• The date the check was initiated
• The bank information from which the check was sent
• The check number
• The company name sending the check
• The check amount
• A copy of the check receipt, or other documentation, if available.

All items purchased on lassosafe.com are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes merchandise and publications, including reference guides.

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us and we’d be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

Before placing an order for a reference guide, please be sure you are ordering the correct guide. If you received an incorrect reference guide, email us and we’ll work to resolve the situation.

Reviews typically take 20–25 business days. Payment must clear before the review can begin. Regular review timelines include 20 business days after the preliminary review is returned for safety teams to prepare clarifications and submit for final review.

Yes, safety teams will be given a 6-month extension for activities and actions they are unable to complete on-time due to COVID-19.
